We had an incredible week enjoying the various family-friendly amenities! The kids club was a hit, providing engaging daily activities, and the pools were just perfect for relaxing while the children played. Additionally, the dining options were diverse and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the local dishes offered at the Mouries restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and at home. However, the evening entertainment could benefit from being a bit livelier.

The Garden View Bungalow was spacious and well-designed, with ample storage for our family's extensive luggage. The beautiful gardens and stunning pool area provided a relaxing vibe, although the buffet restaurant could feel crowded during peak times. The food was fresh and well-prepared, with highlights including the thin crispy fries and delightful gyros at the pool bar. However, restrictions on taking food and drinks from the beach bar to loungers were inconvenient, especially with young children.

during our recent stay, we loved that the hotel was just a short walk from Malia Harbour and Potamos Beach, which gave us plenty of opportunities for scenic strolls and gorgeous views, making our weekend getaway truly enjoyable.

The gardens at Cretan Malia Park were beautifully maintained, with bright flowers and lush greenery that created a serene atmosphere. The access to the beach was convenient, making it very easy for me to enjoy my time by the sea.

More shaded areas for relaxation would be nice.

My stay at Cretan Malia Park was good. The ambiance radiated beauty, and the attentive staff enhanced our experience considerably. Though some dining options felt overpriced, the quality and variety of food impressed me. A lovely retreat worthy of recommendation.

This hotel is perfect for me! I enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and the superb 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped me find my lost car keys. Definitely returning!

the only downside was the breakfast options were a bit repetitive , but the design of the hotel is stunning and relaxing. our room had a beautiful sea view and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
